These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NeuroVolt.net and your purchase of products from NeuroVolt Labs, LLC (“NeuroVolt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
2. Products and Product Information
NeuroVolt sells dietary supplements and wellness products. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, photographs, pricing, and other information.
Product packaging, ingredients, appearance, and specifications may occasionally change. Always review the physical product label before use.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit quantities of, or change the price of any product without prior notice.
3. Dietary Supplement Disclaimer
Products sold by NeuroVolt are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Statements regarding dietary supplements have not necessarily been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Information provided on NeuroVolt.net, our social media accounts, emails, advertisements, educational materials, or other communications is provided for general informational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a dietary supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medications, or have concerns about whether a product is appropriate for you.

4. Orders and Payment
By submitting an order, you agree that the information you provide is current, complete, and accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other misuse.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our policies.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, inventory availability, fulfillment partners, or circumstances outside NeuroVolt’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect shipments, and other order issues are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Certain NeuroVolt products may be offered through recurring subscriptions.
When purchasing a subscription, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
Subscription pricing, frequency, cancellation procedures, and other applicable conditions will be displayed when the subscription is purchased.
Customers may manage or cancel eligible subscriptions according to the instructions provided through their account or subscription-management system.
8. Intellectual Property
The NeuroVolt name, NeuroVolt™ marks, logos, product names, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, written materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to NeuroVolt Labs, LLC unless otherwise indicated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Reviews and User-Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content to NeuroVolt, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You grant NeuroVolt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute content voluntarily submitted to us for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, fulfillment companies, and other service providers.
NeuroVolt is not responsible for the independent websites, policies, availability, or conduct of third parties except to the extent required by applicable law.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use NeuroVolt.net to engage in fraud, violate applicable laws, interfere with website security or operation, transmit malicious software, scrape or harvest information unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate another person, or engage in other unlawful or abusive conduct.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroVolt.net and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Except for warranties expressly provided by NeuroVolt or required by law, we disclaim warranties to the maximum extent legally permitted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroVolt Labs, LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold NeuroVolt Labs, LLC harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when the revised Terms are posted on NeuroVolt.net unless otherwise required by law.

For Shopify, create a page titled “Terms of Service”, paste this in, and add it to your footer navigation. That should satisfy the Terms-of-Service portion of the Google Merchant Center check.
One important point: Google is also asking for a Refund Policy. If you want, I can build the matching NeuroVolt Refund & Return Policy next so the two policies are consistent.
